BIM MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY

Responsible of BIM Execution Plan preparation and update during the Project life. Responsible for Common Data Environment requirements definition and implementation in accordance with the Project delivery process. Responsible for ownership and authority for NSCR’s BIM model, and responsible for the NSCR’s BIM/CAD deliverables. Manage the BIM Design and Construction processes such that the highest quality of deliverables is submitted by consultants, supplier and/or subcontractors for project team reviews. Responsible for ensuring that there is a consistent approach to assets’ 3D modelling and the incorporating of the assets’ non-graphical data across the project, through utilizing of consistent and appropriate technologies. ...
