  • Assist in daily billing activity

  • Process renewal notice on annual plan

  • Assist in transaction reconciliation process and raise to respective team on

  • Check and process cheque refund template including ad-hoc and batch

  • Responsible for Workview enquiries both S6 and CRS and ensure it’s attended to within service level agreement

  • Support ad-hoc tasks when required
