Role
The Billing Supervisor will lead the reconciliation and closure of all open logistics‑related payments in preparation for the upcoming system transition next year.
Responsibilities
- Billing reconciliation and closure
- Vendor settlement and quitclaim management
- Act as primary liaison between payments/finance, transport operations and warehouse teams
- Supervise and guide the billing team in executing reconciliation activities
- Maintain dashboards or trackers for reporting and progress tracking
- Identify gaps in billing and reconciliation processes and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence of aged payables
