What You’ll Do
- Revenue Management: Own the end‑to‑end customer billing cycle, ensuring every shipment, storage, and handling fee is captured accurately and on time.
- Vendor Validation: Audit and verify vendor invoices, ensuring charges match rates and service confirmations while resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Cross‑Functional Impact: Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Finance to streamline workflows, resolve billing hurdles, and support a seamless month‑end close.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and maintain the highest standards of financial compliance.
