Billing Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) – Construction Industry
📍 Fishers, IN | 🕒 Fully Onsite (Monday–Friday)
A growing company in the construction space is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This fully in-office role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for service and project-based work.
Key Responsibilities
+ Generate and distribute accurate invoices for service work and installations
+ Review work orders and supporting documentation to ensure correct billing
+ Enter invoices into customer billing systems and portals
+ Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all billing activities
