£30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
MSSI Infrastructure is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Billing & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Finance team.
This is more than a traditional credit control role. We're looking for someone who enjoys investigating complex issues, resolving long-standing billing and reconciliation challenges, and working with stakeholders to ensure revenue is accurately billed, reported and collected.
If you're naturally curious, confident with data, and motivated by finding solutions rather than accepting the status quo, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding debt positions.
Driving cash collection activities and reducing aged debt.
Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and client queries.
