Responsibilities
- Monitor payment infrastructure and key metrics
- Manage payment incidents including failed payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
- Investigate complex payment cases such as unauthorized payments and suspicious transactions to find root causes
- Communicate with users regarding payment issues via ticket-based systems
- Work with fraud cases and analyze fraud patterns
- Interact with stakeholders across product, support, payments, and compliance teams
Requirements
- Basic understanding of online payments and fraud patterns
- English proficiency at B1+ level (written and spoken)
