Job Description
Ergon, Inc. is seeking a full-time Billing Director to join our accounting team in Flowood, MS. The Billing Director leads and oversees the corporate Billing function, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of all end-to-end billing processes. This role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and continuous process improvement for customer-facing billing activities across the enterprise. The Director serves as the accounting subject matter expert (SME) for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and partners cross-functionally to support operational alignment, compliance, and scalability.
