We have partnered with a South Jersey law firm on their search for a Billing Coordinator with familiarity with legal billing processes, including time entry and e-billing systems. This role is responsible for supporting the firmโ€™s billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining strong communication with attorneys and clients. The ideal Billing Coordinator should have prior experience in a law firm environment and is comfortable working with billing systems and document management tools.


Major Responsibilities

ยท Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with firm policies and client guidelines

ยท Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate time and expense entries

ยท Monitor billing cycles to ensure timely submission of invoices

ยท Assist with handling the month end process
