Billing and Settlement Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing daily nomination of the direct customers, their daily load profiles, generation, and load from settlement statements in WESM, monthly replacement power, and daily WESM prices for both generation and load side.
• Assist in preparing and disseminating various billing and settlement reports on generation, load, and raw meters for each billing period.
• Assist in the reconciliation of settlement statements from WESM with the electricity trading group
• Establishes and maintains interface and close coordination internally and externally
• Prepares correspondences with internal and external stakeholders
• Secures files and maintains records necessary to sustain the group’s centralized filing system
• Performs other functions and responsibilities as may be required
