The Billing and Collection Lead is responsible for overseeing the organization's billing and collections processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, efficient collection of outstanding receivables, and effective management of the billing team. This role ensures compliance with company policies, resolves complex billing issues, improves collection performance, and supports healthy cash flow through proactive accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Billing and Collection team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
