Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute billing activities for LATAM & WEMEA according to established timelines.
- Process invoices and credit notes, including manual billing when required.
- Support billing execution in systems such as TMS and IC.
- Follow up on transmission failures, reconciliations, and open billing issues.
- Respond to country requirements, billing emails, and audit‑related requests in a timely manner.
- Keep process documentation and country manuals updated.
- Support compliance with operational controls and regional billing procedures.
Education & Experience
- University degree in administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or shared services.
