Lead exceptional travel experiences at American Express as a Bilingual Travel & Concierge Experience Manager. Drive performance, foster inclusivity, and enhance service delivery across teams.
As a key player in TCE Canada Operations, you will manage and coach Team Leaders and Travel Consultants to meet performance goals. Your focus will be on cultivating a high engagement culture while transforming customer journeys through innovative travel solutions.
