This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance patient-facing service, administrative coordination, and billing-related tasks while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The person in this role will help create a smooth experience for patients by managing registration, scheduling, payment collection, and documentation with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, delivering courteous service in every interaction while safeguarding confidential information.
• Complete patient intake and registration activities accurately, ensuring demographic and coverage details are properly documented.
• Review financial information, collect applicable patient payments, and record transactions in line with established procedures.
