Position Overview

We provide Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions to a range of industries such as healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology, e-commerce, and financial services.

We are looking for Spanish‑English bilingual call center representatives who can deliver exceptional customer support in both languages. Successful candidates will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with billing and account inquiries, and provide clear, accurate communication across both languages.
