THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join their growing service team in Saint-Nicolas, QC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in industrial service coordination, parts sourcing, customer service, and technical support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Working closely with the Branch Manager and a team of field technicians, you'll play a key role in keeping service operations running smoothly by coordinating parts, preparing quotations, communicating with customers, supporting technicians, and ensuring repairs and preventative maintenance are completed efficiently.
While technician scheduling is part of the role, the primary focus is supporting the branch through parts coordination, quotations, customer communication, and service administration.
