Bilingual Schedule and Customer Experience Coordinator

**Remote Position in Brazil**
**Full Time: Monday through Friday**
**Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Eastern Time**
**Languages Required: Fluent English and Portuguese**

As our Schedule and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will manage the daily scheduling operation for our cleaning technicians while providing an excellent experience for our clients.
You will be the operational connection between our clients, technicians, sales team, and leadership team. Every schedule change, technician delay, client request, and last minute challenge will require your attention, judgment, and follow through.
