Bilingual Retail Expansion Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Expansion Specialist responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic retail locations to support the company's expansion across Colombia. The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience evaluating new business opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and negotiation with landlords and shopping malls.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new retail expansion opportunities across Colombia.
• Evaluate shopping malls, commercial areas, and high-potential retail locations.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and foot traffic analysis.
• Develop business cases including ROI, P&L, sales forecasting, and payback analysis.
• Support and/or lead lease negotiations with shopping malls, landlords, and brokers.
