Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based, excluding CA, WA, DC, HI, PR)
Pay: $19/hour
Contract Length: 6 months
Overview:
We are hiring Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support customers during the open enrollment period. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume call center environment focused on healthcare and insurance-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish
+ Assist customers with account creation, password resets, and document uploads
+ Answer general questions and help customers manage their accounts
+ Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare plan options
