Position Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and screening experience, preferably within the healthcare industry, who can quickly learn processes, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and capable of delivering results with minimal ramp‑up time.
