Join GreenShield as a Bilingual Patient Case Manager supporting Canadian patients with chronic conditions. This hybrid role combines clinical expertise and patient advocacy to enhance treatment access and quality of life.
In this role, you'll provide vital support through enrollment assistance, reimbursement guidance, and case management. With 5+ years of Patient Support Program (PSP) experience, you will interact with patients, physicians, and healthcare providers to optimize care pathways. A strong understanding of Canadian drug coverage and Health Canada requirements is essential.
