Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Panel Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations in the Panel Processing department of our cabinet manufacturing facility. This role oversees the cutting, edgebanding, boring/drilling, and machining of panel components, ensuring production goals are met safely, on time, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can communicate effectively with a diverse workforce, drive continuous improvement, and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise, schedule, and direct panel processing team members (machine operators, material handlers, and support staff) across all department operations
+ Oversee operation of panel saws, CNC routers/nested-based machining centers, edgebanders, and point-to-point boring machines
+ Plan and prioritize daily production schedules to meet delivery commitments and minimize downtime
