Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and fluent Bilingual (English/French) Operations Officer III to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. In this fast-paced, telephone-based role, you will play a critical part in our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance efforts. You will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, verifying client data, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards—all while delivering a top-tier client experience.
