Job Description

Title: Bilingual Office Assistant

Pay: $21.00/hr

Shifts: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm)

Job Responsibilities

  • Process billing, invoices, credits, and payments accurately.
  • Verify driver routes and supporting documentation; submit cash and cheques to Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepare and process credit card payments and attach receipts to invoices.
  • Print, organize, and distribute invoices following logistics approval.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical billing records.
  • Manage Order Desk emails, web order billing, and ADD orders.
  • Forward invoices to internal departments and enter invoices into customer portals as required.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
