Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Office & Administrative Assistant for a large national association located downtown. This position will see you work collaboratively with a small but impressive administrative team and across the organization to support the needs of leadership, with a focus on meeting planning, coordination and logistics.
Duties
- Contribute to daily national office operations, providing support where necessary
- Provide administrative support to the organizationโs teams, as needed
- Assist with processing invoices, purchase requests and expense reports
- Manage the boardroom and desk booking platform; investigating where additional resources, catering or AV may be required
- Assist with internal events, team and stakeholder meeting coordination
- Maintain all boardrooms and common rooms; including light housekeeping
