We are looking for a Bilingual IT Coordinator to lead day-to-day IT support operations, coordinate the support team, and ensure excellent service for end users in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT support activities.
• Lead and guide the IT support team.
• Manage and prioritize IT incidents.
• Escalate critical issues when required.
• Provide excellent support to end users and leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure service quality and operational continuity.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Infrastructure.
