Become a vital part of Bulk Barn as a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist, focusing on HR support, training, and payroll accuracy. This role bridges both employee concerns and company policies.
As a key member of the HR team, reporting to the Director, you will guide operations by addressing HR-related inquiries. This generalist role encompasses support for employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and payroll processes—all while ensuring communication flows in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance issues
