Field Service Representative (Montreal based)

Responsible for providing on‑site support to customers primarily in Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec, with the potential to support other provinces as required. Duties include installation support, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment relocations, and customer follow‑up.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, including weekends, which may require travel and on‑site support.
• Install and maintain complex diagnostic laboratory instruments with minimal direct supervision, responding to both scheduled and urgent customer requests in compliance with applicable ISO and GMP standards.
• Complete all service documentation required for the position and by other company functions in accordance with current GMP requirements.
• Report and document all customer complaints in the appropriate tracking systems for investigation and resolution.
