Insight Global is looking for an Exam Coordinator to assist a financial services client with answering questions from candidates who will be calling or e-mailing in asking questions about the exam. Questions may be around timing, eligibility...etc. We are looking for candidates to be able to speak professionally, answer accurately, and in a timely fashion.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience working within customer service
• Ability to execute on ticket and phone call /email management
• Office Administration abilities
• Data and analytical experience
• Bilingual - French and English speaking and writing (able to also answer e-mails in French)
• Ability to communicate in multi styles (phone, email etc.)
• High degree of professionalism and accountability
• Able to work 9:00AM - 6:00PM, and available for 3 days of work downtown Toronto 3 days per week
