Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
**What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:**
+ Answering inbound calls from IHSS recipients who require urgent back-up homecare support
+ Assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities in locating replacement homecare workers
+ Providing guidance and support to recipients navigating county and state assistance programs, including IHSS and Medi-Cal
+ Connecting callers with appropriate community resources based on their unique needs
+ Accurately documenting calls, actions taken, and follow-ups in internal systems
