Bilingual Customer Service Representative

IS2 is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join a medical supply company in Markham, ON. This is a hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience within medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or hospital supplies is considered an asset.

Location: Markham, ON | Hybrid (2 days in office)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $60,000 annually + Benefits & RRSP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support to customers and Sales Representatives
• Respond to phone calls and emails in both English and French
• Process orders and track shipments
