We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Manager to join our Client Operations team and play a key role in supporting our Canadian dealership clients.

About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, performance, and satisfaction of a portfolio of dealership clients across Canada. You’ll act as their strategic partner, guiding campaign execution, analyzing results, recommending improvements, and ensuring they get the most value from the Vicimus product suite.
