Job Description
Teleperformance is looking for a Quality Analyst to support our Customer Service team in Malaysia. Youโll ensure performance standards are met and provide guidance through evaluations and reports.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelorโs degree or equivalent, at least 1 year experience in a call center QA role, and proficiency in Cantonese and English. Rotational shifts are required, and immediate availability is preferred.
