This rotating shift position is key to maintaining our reputation for quality and innovation in beer.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct brewing, cellaring, and quality checks
ā¢ Follow strict safety and operational protocols
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and data for brewing processes
ā¢ Handle brewing materials with care
ā¢ Collaborate closely with team members
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 1 year brewing experience in a craft setting
ā¢ Good problem-solving and mechanical skills
ā¢ Knowledge of WHMIS and cleaning protocols
