Job Description
We’re hiring a Bidding Assistant for our Head Office in Quezon City ! If you’re sharp, organized, and ready to dive into government bidding processes, this role is your perfect match.
Location: 35 San Antonio Street, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City
Responsibilities:
- Monitor PhilGEPS daily for potential bid opportunities
- Visit various LGUs to build connections with key personnel and end-users
- Attend Pre-Bid meetings as needed
- Coordinate with Bids and Awards Committees (BAC)
- Prepare and submit accurate bid documents on time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (undergraduates welcome to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with government bidding processes is a plus
