The Bid Manager leads, manages, and supports the development of integrated, enterprise-wide sales proposals and initiatives. This role oversees the complete lifecycle of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven proposals that support business growth.
Responsibilities
+ Lead, manage, and support the development of integrated, enterprise-wide sales proposals and initiatives for clients and prospects.
+ Oversee all activities involved in drafting and preparing documentation for Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Requests for Proposals (RFP), including comprehensive proposals and qualification packages.
+ Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously and ensure all submissions meet customer-designated bid dates and requirements.
