Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Bid Manager to join the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Win Work Team. The Bid Manager will work with the Win Work Bid Managers Win Work Markets Leader and Technical Disciplines to undertake a broad range of enabling and coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full breadth of the AtkinsRéalis win work activities.

Your role

• Leads capture planning / win strategy planning sessions to achieve approvals in-line with submission deadlines.
• Executes and drives corporate governance processes systems and procedures.
• Ensures the effective use of the process and tools for all bids to maximize the opportunity of winning.
• Liaises with technical teams to ensure a robust response to the technical requirements is achieved.
