Now Hiring - Bid coordinator • Electrical quantity takes off Preparation of BOM. • Costing/pricing • Maintain ITB tracker (sent out Invitation to bid various vendors based on trades involved) • Identify potential vendors for the job. • Preparation of change orders based on scope changes • Value engineer pricing. • Identify the exclusion and inclusion based on the constraints in the drawings and add to proposal(Qualifications) • Proposal writing • Receive, review, and analyze incoming RFPs to determine requirements, deadlines, and scope of work. • Coordinate bid kickoff meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss bid requirements, timelines, and responsibilities • Develop and maintain a bid schedule/calendar to ensure timely completion of all bid-related tasks and submissions. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation • Prepare and assemble all required bid documents, including ...
