You lead the Site Operations scope of complex grid and energy infrastructure bids – primarily HVDC and FACTS – across North America. You shape execution concepts, develop competitive costings and schedules, and coordinate cross-functional bid teams. The SE GT SO Team delivers complex transmission and grid stabilization projects across Siemens Energy with a focus on excellence, digitalization, and lessons learned.

+ Lead the full EC/Site scope within complex tenders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with overall bid strategy.
+ Develop competitive and data‑driven cost models that strengthen bid positioning and profitability.
+ Build preliminary and level‑3 schedules that shape execution planning and drive realistic delivery timelines.
