Role Overview
As a BI Analyst at RZR, you will transform data into the dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive decisions across Revenue, Product, and Operations. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions across assigned business domains — working closely with stakeholders, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver reporting that is fast, accurate, and actionable.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership from day one. You will write production SQL, build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and use Python to automate and improve reporting workflows. You will also serve as a key partner to cross‑functional teams who depend on your work to understand performance and make informed decisions.
