Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the company’s demand-generation engine, responsible for active prospecting and technical qualification of leads.
  • Analyze the commercial lead database on a daily basis.
  • Organize, clean and classify leads according to potential and profile.
  • Distribute leads to consultants based on defined strategic criteria.
  • Monitor response times and lead utilization.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the commercial conversion process.
  • Request quotes for SME health insurance plans from carriers and partner platforms.
  • Support the commercial team in preparing commercial proposals.
  • Conduct multi‑channel active prospecting (cold calls, emails and professional networks) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads from both inbound and outbound sources by applying the technical criteria defined in the commercial strategy.
