Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the company’s demand-generation engine, responsible for active prospecting and technical qualification of leads.
- Analyze the commercial lead database on a daily basis.
- Organize, clean and classify leads according to potential and profile.
- Distribute leads to consultants based on defined strategic criteria.
- Monitor response times and lead utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the commercial conversion process.
- Request quotes for SME health insurance plans from carriers and partner platforms.
- Support the commercial team in preparing commercial proposals.
- Conduct multi‑channel active prospecting (cold calls, emails and professional networks) to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads from both inbound and outbound sources by applying the technical criteria defined in the commercial strategy.
