Beta Trial Lead - Growth Operations

We’re building an early-stage behavioural-tech product (MVP stage) and are preparing for a structured beta rollout.

Looking for someone to own a 6–8 week beta growth sprint end-to-end — from acquisition to engagement and user feedback.

What you’ll do

• Define and test early user segments (TAGs)
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across relevant channels & communities
• Run outreach and user acquisition
• Onboard users into structured beta cohorts
• Manage user communication channels
• Drive engagement and participation during the beta
• Track user journey: outreach → response → onboarding → activity
• Capture feedback, usage patterns, and market signals
