Eligible external candidates may receive a sign-on bonus based on the Service Technician level hired into:

Service Technician I – $1,500

Service Technician II – $2,500

Service Technician III – $3,500

Service Technician IV – $4,500

The sign-on bonus is earned through continued employment and paid in installments after 30, 90, and 180 days, provided eligibility requirements are met.
