As the ideal candidate you bring a strong analytical approach as well as an understanding of the benefits industry and best practices. The Total Rewards team, part of Emera’s Corporate Human Resources Team, is responsible for the design, communication and administration of compensation, benefits, and pensions for Emera’s Canadian affiliates. This position will be appealing to someone with previous experience managing benefits plans and who is looking for a role on a high performing team with room for growth.
