Responsibilities

As a Benefits Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor and key contributor to the execution, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Westland’s total rewards programs. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, compliant, and employee‑centric benefits experience while ensuring programs are effectively administered, aligned with organizational strategy, and support attraction, retention, and employee wellbeing. You will be accountable for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits processes while proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact the employee experience.
