Benefits Administrator, Europe
The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Benefits Administrator to manage the day-to-day delivery of employee benefits across multiple European countries.

You’ll help ensure employees receive a smooth, responsive and high-quality benefits experience, while maintaining accurate data and supporting compliance with local requirements. Working closely with Total Rewards, People Operations, Payroll, Finance and external providers, you’ll play an important role in running existing programmes and building scalable processes as the business continues to grow across Europe.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving processes and supporting employees in a fast‑paced, international environment.
