Job Description
Epicor is seeking a Benefits Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for US & Canada leave programs (FMLA, CA & MN PFL, ADA) and other company policies. You will track leave requests, approvals, extensions, and return-to-work dates, while maintaining accurate HR records and using reporting tools effectively.
You will coordinate required notices, certifications, forms, and deadlines to meet federal, state, and internal requirements for leave reporting, payment, and workers compensation.
