Dallas, TX (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs onsite | Mon & Fri remote)
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Intake Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in helping patients access therapies by ensuring accurate and timely insurance verification, intake processing, and communication with key stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate closely with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams to streamline the benefits and intake process—helping patients start their care journey as quickly and smoothly as possible.
What You’ll Do
+ Review, process, and manage patient referrals and intake documentation
+ Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums across commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid)
