Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Benefit Analytics & Leave Specialist
to join our team. This role supports the organization’s total rewards strategy through benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, HRIS data integrity, compliance support, and analytics.
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, this role serves as a key resource for employees, HR partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders by providing timely, accurate, and confidential support for benefits, leave programs, enrollment activities, reporting, audits, and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset to help deliver effective, compliant, and employee-friendly people programs.
