Bench Test Engineer – Job Description

The Bench Test Engineer is responsible for developing, executing, and automating bench‑level test solutions for RF and mixed‑signal hardware. This role involves hands‑on testing, software tool development and the ability to perform RF measurements using professional laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute bench‑level test plans for RF and mixed‑signal devices.
• Automate test routines using C# or other programming languages.
• Perform RF measurements.
• Set up and operate RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
• Debug test setups, instrumentation issues, and board‑level RF problems.
